It is one practice, not six: a liquidity crisis runs into creditor negotiations, a shareholder dispute into the value of a stake, the value of a company into the quality of its team. The cost of a mistake is high everywhere, and the outcome depends on how precisely things are counted and how precisely they are said. I teach the same at seminars. I run every case myself, from first conversation to result — no handoff to managers.

The start is always the same: you write to my email — within one working day I reply with what I understood about the task, which documents are worth looking at and the rough order of the price.
