The next step
for people who already lead

This is not testing and not "find yourself" coaching. It is work with someone who has real management experience behind them and a decision ahead: stay, move, change industry or leave employment altogether. We work out what you are good at, what you are worth on the market and where it makes sense to go.

Career strategy

01

Profile diagnostics

Two two-hour sessions: trajectory, management style, strengths and what keeps getting in the way.

  • Past career decisions and their logic
  • Competency profile: where you are actually strong
  • Blind spots you do not notice
02

Scenarios for the next step

Three or four workable options instead of an abstract "follow your dream".

  • Industry, type of company, level of role
  • What you will need to add for each scenario
  • Timelines and odds — without embellishment
03

Market positioning

How people think of you before you say a word at the interview.

  • CV and profile built for a specific scenario
  • A coherent story of the move, not excuses
  • Conversations with headhunters and owners
04

Offer negotiation prep

Separate work before the final conversation about money and terms.

  • The range people actually sign at, not the advertised one
  • Compensation structure, not just base salary
  • Entry terms: what to clarify before you start
05

First 90 days

Support after you step into the new role: this is where things most often break.

  • Entry plan and first results
  • Difficult situations — as they come up
  • Checkpoints at 30/60/90 days
06

The employer's side of the table

I also run recruitment for employers and see the same process from the other side.

  • How an employer reads your profile
  • What people are really rejected for
  • Where the market pays and where it only promises
How this work is framed

The result is a clear view of your own profile, grounded scenarios and an action plan for the coming months. The hiring decision belongs to the market, so I promise no specific company or offer: I promise clarity about where to go and what position to speak from.

While working on your career I do not offer you to my employer clients and do not discuss your search with them: these are two different roles, and in any one situation I take only one. I do not review employment contracts or offers legally — that is a lawyer's job; I work on the economics and the negotiating position.

Process

How the work goes

  • STEP 01

    Conversation

I listen for 30–40 minutes and tell you whether the work makes sense.

  • STEP 02

    Diagnostics

Two deep sessions: we take apart the whole career, not just the last job title.

  • STEP 03

    Analysis

I check your profile against positions that actually closed and the ranges people actually signed at — not just against job-ad texts.

  • STEP 04

    Report

You get a written document with scenarios and a plan; we walk through it in a final session.

  • STEP 05

    Follow-up

Optional and separate: positioning, offer negotiation prep, the first 90 days in the new role.

Formats
  • Diagnostics with a written report
  • Separate sessions: positioning, offer preparation
  • Support through the first 90 days

In person in Moscow or online. Scope and fee are fixed after the first conversation.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this coaching?

No. Coaching helps you find the answer within yourself. This is analytical work: I go through your experience, compare it with the market and hand over written scenarios with an action plan.

Who is it for?

Managers and specialists with leadership experience facing a decision: stay, move, change industry or leave employment.

Will you find me a job?

No, and I do not promise a specific company or offer: the market makes hiring decisions. While working on your career I also do not put you forward to my employer clients. What I promise is clarity: where to go and what position to speak from.

How long does it take?

Diagnostics: two meetings of two hours each, then a written report and a final session. Further support is added if you choose.

Can we work online?

Yes. Every stage can be done online; in-person meetings are possible in Moscow.

Write a couple of lines about the fork you are facing — I will tell you how the diagnostics can help and where we would start.

Describe the task
in your own words

Write what is going on: you need a person, negotiations have stalled, you are weighing a move or a sale of the business, the cash flow does not add up. I will reply within one working day: what I can help with, how long it takes and the rough order of the price — or tell you straight if the task is not mine.

Follow. I write about the work, case breakdowns and what is going on around. Subscribe if you want to follow — for business, email or phone works better.
